Full Job Description

Following are the Job descriptions/Responsibilities of WSL Baker & Confectioner to be appointed on site:

· Prepares and develops baked goods to add to a bakery’s menu.

· Decorate various pies using pastry bags and prepare garnishes as needed when baking cakes, pastries, and many other dishes.

· Makes bread and other products such as rolls, pastries, cakes, biscuits and pies.

· Check the quality of baking ingredients to be prepared

· Knead, roll, cut, and shape dough

· Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets

· Set oven temperatures

· Place and bake items in hot ovens or on grills

· Prepare equipment for baking

· Measure and weigh flour and other ingredients

· Combine measured ingredients in mixers or blenders

· Observe color and state of products being baked

· Apply glazes, icings, or other toppings

Experience:

ATLEAST 05-08 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FAMOUS ORGANIZATION.

Job Description:

To receive and analyze the demand for human resources from various functional departments, keeping in view sanction of posts as per HRP, salary range and justification for a new post;

To establish, maintain and update the record of Personnel Requisition Forms;

To send monthly report to Group SGM HRD regarding the number of Personnel Requisition Forms received and hiring made against such demands;

To calculate the average time per hire on a monthly as well as an annual basis;

To observe, maintain and implement the prescribed process of recruitment and selection. This includes registering at online job portals, giving classified advertisements in newspapers, post jobs on the company’s official website and using all available means to increase applicants’ base for specific jobs;

Job Description:

  • To prepare monthly financial statments;
  • To prepare cash flow forecast on monthly basis;
  • To monitor, track and follow-up of accounts receivables and accounts payables;
  • To be responsible for timely payments to numerous suppliers as per prescribed process of the company;
  • To ensure that all payments and receipts are made according to prescribed company policy and procedure and according to agreed terms and conditions made with suppliers;
