About the Role

As a Knowledge Analyst, you will be responsible for working with all knowledge-related activities; including the management, capturing, sharing, and accessibility of knowledge assets. You will be required to work alongside each team’s functional lead to foster a collaborative environment and optimize the usage of the organization’s knowledge assets. You will also ensure effective communication, promoting collaboration, and workplace harmony.

You will be instrumental in constructing a knowledge-driven organization via the development of internal knowledge effectively through governance, assurance, and management to boost the efficiency of the organization and ensure that there is consistency, coherence, and accountability across all relevant business units.

 


You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Draft and develop all the knowledge present in each function in form of manuals, playbooks, documents, flow charts, data files, visuals, and other forms of knowledge storage and retrieval.
  • Help the teams to store the data effectively and securely
  • Check the materials for accuracy and consistency throughout the organization
  • File documents in physical and digital records
  • Create templates for future use
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
  • Encourage a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflow among departments and project teams
  • Ensure that all team members are sure of the knowledge management processes
  • Make sure that the proper and appropriate knowledge goes to the right people, and that this information is promptly applied to business activities
  • Help capture new knowledge with the usage of a knowledge management system
  • Monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes, and other metrics
  • Provide relevant coaching, training, and support to champion a knowledge management culture

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced team lead with a strong development and / or architecture background in mobile tech stack with someone who is proactive, hungry to acquire new skills and passionate about technology. A flexible and adaptable person, good team player and willing to support other team members. As an orientation, the following points summarize the technical skills we are looking for.

 


You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Be the force that drives strategy and growth for the mobile development team
  • Lead the team to ensure software quality standards agreed are met.
  • Become a mentor for the team and support the newcomers to ensure a quick ramp-up.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and provide low level designs that match with the requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day activities in the mobile development team, while maintaining a high developer experience and clean coding practices.

  • 3 years’ experience as a team lead and at least 5 years as a developer
  • A proactive person, highly self-motivated and creative problem-solver.
  • The ability to solve complex problems and produce clean coding quality.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience with applying consumer-centric design processes, while. collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and UI/UX Leads.
  • Knowledge of native platforms (Android and iOS), threading, performance tuning and understanding of the life cycle of application
  • Deep understanding of clean state management, Redux and BLoC patterns and providers.
  • Working with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services and continuous optimizations
  • Strong knowledge of modern design patterns and architectures (MVC, MVVM & Components Oriented Programming)
  • Deep hands-on technical experience on different technologies such as Flutter, Unit Testing & UI Testing, publishing live apps on appstore
  • You worked with Scrum and you are familiar with the usual ceremonies.
  • You worked with ticketing systems (ideally Jira)
  • BSc. in CS/SE/IT or related
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess soft skills such as great leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, coaching, and collaboration.
